This Privacy Policy describes how Galvanic Works S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Galvanic mobile application (“the App”).

When you use the App and connected Galvanic devices, we collect all data generated by the system, including but not limited to:

  • Navigation and sailing data

1.4 Vessel Data

If you register a vessel, we collect:

  • Any other data generated through your use of our products and services

By using the App and Galvanic devices, you acknowledge and agree that we have unrestricted access to all system-generated data.

We may anonymize data we collect. Once anonymized, this data is no longer personal data and we may use it for any purpose without restriction, including:
