YOUR ANCHOR SLEEP PROFILE

Why this matters

Published research shows sleep fragmentation — waking repeatedly during the night — can significantly degrade cognitive performance, even after a single night. Your responses help us quantify this effect specifically in the anchoring context, where the data gap is significant.

Your data is now part of the study. Every additional response increases the statistical power of the findings. This contributes to dedicated research into anchor-specific sleep quality in recreational sailing.
